NZRDA has protected the interests of resident doctors and medical
students since 1985, and today represents around 3,000 of them alongside
a nationwide network of workplace delegates.

The site is a working reference rather than a brochure: collective
agreements that members need to find fast, employment guidance covering
everything from cross-cover to parental leave, delegate and campaign
resources, and media releases — organised so a doctor between shifts can
find the clause they need without hunting.
